Service Availability

Our luxury car rental services are provided for personal and business use within Singapore and approved international destinations. Services are subject to availability and advance booking requirements.

Booking and Reservations

• Advance booking required with minimum 24-hour notice preferred
• Reservations confirmed upon payment authorization and document verification
• Minimum rental period of 4 hours for all vehicle categories
• Special events and holidays may require extended advance booking

Payment Terms

• Major credit cards accepted with authorization hold for security deposit
• Full payment due upon service completion unless alternative arrangement approved
• Additional charges apply for excess mileage, fuel, or damage assessments
• Late return fees calculated at 25% of daily rate per hour

Vehicle Condition and Return

• Vehicles delivered in pristine condition with full documentation
• Pre-rental inspection conducted with photographic documentation
• Return vehicles in same condition with agreed fuel level
• Post-rental inspection determines any additional charges

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• View website content for personal, non-commercial use
• Access our services according to these terms
• Download materials specifically provided for client use

Usage Restrictions

• No reproduction without written permission
• No modification or derivative works
• No commercial redistribution or resale
• No reverse engineering of systems or processes

Third-Party Content

Our website may contain content owned by third parties including vehicle manufacturers, mapping services, and partner organizations. Such content is subject to respective intellectual property rights and usage terms.

Service Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law:

• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Client Responsibilities

• Clients assume responsibility for safe vehicle operation
• Compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Proper use of vehicle features and safety systems
• Immediate notification of incidents or mechanical issues

Client Cancellation Rights

Company Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel reservations with full refund in cases of:

• Vehicle mechanical issues or safety concerns
• Extreme weather conditions affecting safe operation
• Government restrictions or emergency situations
• Client documentation or credential verification issues

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
• International credit cards may require additional processing time
• Refund confirmations sent via email with reference numbers

Initial Resolution Process

We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns:

Mediation

Arbitration and Legal Action

Termination by Either Party

• Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice per rental agreement
• Normal termination does not affect completed transaction obligations
• Unused services may be eligible for partial refund based on circumstances

Immediate Termination

We may immediately terminate services without refund if:

• Terms and conditions are materially breached
• Illegal activities conducted using our services
• Safety concerns arise regarding client behavior
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation discovered

Effects of Termination

• Immediate return of all vehicles and company property
• Settlement of all outstanding financial obligations
• Survival of warranty disclaimers and liability limitations
• Continued application of intellectual property protections

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rental agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties. No oral modifications are valid unless documented in writing and signed by authorized representatives.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable while preserving original intent.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the waiving party to be effective.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to qualified successors or affiliates with notice to affected clients.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures. Services will resume as soon as practicably possible.
